Kevan Shaw, PLDA Director for Sustainability, visited Iceland and gave a lecture for the Light technical society about the incandescent phase-out. He also met with the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of the Environment where the issues were discussed in the context of Iceland’s almost 100% renewable electricity generation from Hydro electric and Geothermal sources.
